Years ago I published my book on Scribd where it was previewed on my blog and free to view or download. To date it has been viewed or downloaded over 79 thousand times. However, Scribd changed it's policies and now users are required to subscribe in order to download it.
Therefore, I have moved the book to Google where it can again be freely viewed and downloaded, the link is here and in the Publications list above right. If you haven't read it already, it's time that you did.
