Below are some sample marital agreements. These are illustrative templates only and require customization to your unique marital situation, ideally with the help of an attorney.
Marital Agreement [Husband Quits Job To Become Full Time Homemaker]
This marital agreement ("Agreement") is made [date] ("Effective Date") between [wife] ("Wife") and [husband] ("Husband") at [address].
Whereas:
1) Wife and Husband have been married since [date].
2) Wife and Husband have children [list children names and ages at date of agreement].
3) Wife is the primary financial support for the family.
4) Wife seeks to assume a dominant role in the marriage.
5) Wife has requested that Husband quit his job to become a full time homemaker.
Do hereby agree:
1) Wife shall be the dominant partner in the marriage, the head of the household, and have final authority in all family matters. Husband shall submit to Wife and worship and obey Wife. Unless otherwise agreed, Husband shall seek permission from Wife in every decision he makes.
2) Wife shall have sole control of all family finances. Husband shall relinquish any and all claims to marital and family assets. Unless otherwise agreed, Husband shall seek permission from Wife for all spending. Husband shall have an allowance of [amount] per month that he may spend at his sole discretion.
3) Husband shall resign from his current employment and shall thereafter abstain from the pursuit of a career outside the home except as directed by Wife.

4) Husband has sole responsibility for the household including shopping, cleaning, maintenance, and repair.

6) Husband has sole responsibility for the care of the children including shopping, feeding, medical care, transportation, schoolwork, and entertainment.
7) Wife and Husband shall reserve their sexual activity for each other. Husband may not engage in sexual activity of any kind, including masturbation, without permission of Wife. Wife may engage in masturbation in the presence of Husband. Adultery shall constitute a major violation of this agreement.
8) Husband has sole responsibility for initiating sex with Wife but Husband shall not proceed beyond verbal courtship unless and until Wife indicates her immediate interest in sex. Wife shall respond to Husband's courtship with a clear 'yes' or 'no' or otherwise indicate the activity in which she is willing to engage at that moment.

8) Wife has sole responsibility for initiating sex with Husband. Husband shall not initiate sex with Wife but shall respond as appropriate to Wife's initiation of sex and follow Wife's direction.
9) Wife shall respect Husband as an equal contributor to the welfare of the family and shall ensure that Husband, while subordinate to Wife, has authority over the children.
10) Wife shall exercise erotic power over Husband with warmth, love, and gentle kindness.
11) Wife and Husband shall, to the best of their ability, present a public image of a normal, traditional marriage, except [list exceptions].

11) Wife may, at her sole discretion, share the terms of this agreement with individuals in private or to the public at large.
12) Unless otherwise stated, any violation of this agreement is a minor violation.
13) Wife may, at her sole discretion, punish Husband for any minor violation of this agreement by Husband. Such punishment may include, but is not limited to, extra chores, change of sleeping arrangement, denial of sex, confinement, and corporal punishment.
14) Husband may, at his sole discretion, petition wife verbally or in writing for any minor violation of this agreement by Wife.
15) Either Wife or Husband may, at their sole discretion, request arbitration for any persistent or chronic violation of this agreement by the spouse. Wife and Husband shall each select a representative. These representatives shall agree on an arbitrator. Wife and Husband shall submit written petitions to the arbitrator who shall render a decision in the matter. The arbitrator's decisions are final and become part of this agreement. Additionally, the arbitrator may recommend divorce and assign fault to either or both spouses.
16) Any major violation of this agreement shall constitute a cause for divorce.
In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first set forth above.
